Leadership

Tiffany
Kaszuba

Founder & Principal

Tiffany Kaszuba is a strategic communications and policy advisor with more than 15 years of experience across federal advocacy, executive communications, public policy, and coalition engagement.

Her background includes senior advisory and communications roles within government and national advocacy organizations, including supporting leadership within the Veterans Health Administration and helping lead national advocacy efforts through organizations including the Coalition for Health Funding and NDD United.

Across those roles, Tiffany has worked with leadership teams, advocates, policy experts, policy makers, and external partners to support advocacy campaigns, executive communications, coalition coordination, and public engagement efforts around complex policy priorities.

Her work combines experience across policy, communications, advocacy, and organizational leadership, supported by an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.
